The Forging of Dawn has come!

Hello and Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend! As for my wife and I, we spent the majority of it re-watching Toy Story (seriously, it’s amazing how much Gabriel loves those movies). At least, that’s what we did while he was awake. Once he finally decided to go to sleep (something I was once foolish enough to believe was necessary for every human being) we started binge watching season 3 of Stranger Things. We’re not quite finished yet, but so far I think it’s as amazing as the other two seasons.
I also spent a bit of time trying to fix a leak in our dishwasher that decided to show itself right after we went under contract for our house. The key word being “trying”.

Thankfully, people who actually know how to do such things are only a Google search away. I’d send you a picture of the mailbox I put up to illustrate just how bad I am at that sort of thing (there’s a distinct lean to it that isn’t supposed to be there) but, frankly, I’m too embarrassed. Besides, it gives it character…right? I mean…who wants a mailbox that sits straight and tall like every other mailbox? Or so I tell myself…

Anyway, I’ve got some exciting news to share. The Forging of Dawn, the prequel book to The Nightfall Wars, has launched as of today and is available for you to pick up your copy! I really enjoyed writing this one and learning more about Alesh’s past, and I hope you do as well. To pick up your copy, just click the the link below, and if you enjoy it (fingers crossed) I’d love it if you’d take a minute or two to leave a review on Amazon.

Alright, that’s it for now–I’m going to get back to drafting on The Truth of Shadows. If everything goes well, I suspect book two of The Nightfall Wars will launch sometime in September, so make sure to be caught up on the series by then!

I hope you enjoy the read, and I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts once you’ve had a chance to give it a go! If you want to reach out, you can comment on this post, or send me an email at jacobpeppersauthor@gmail.com.

Happy Reading and until next time,
Jacob Peppers
