Hello again!
I know, I know, two website updates in the same calendar year...crazy, right?
I hope you're having a great week so far. My wife just had a birthday and, per her wishes, we went to a drive-in movie, baby Gabriel in tow. In retrospect, not the smartest decision we've made this week, and a double-feature turned into a single movie. Interesting bit of trivia--Godzilla's roar sounds EXACTLY like a one-year-old crying because he's angry that mommy and daddy (and every other person at the drive-in, I know this for a fact) would prefer him not to flick our vehicle's headlights on and off during the showing.
Anyway, on to the good news. I've had a lot of you reaching out and asking about the release date for A Sellsword's Hope, the seventh and final book in The Seven Virtues. Well, I'm thrilled to announce that everything is finished and the book will be releasing on Monday, June 10th.
And, as my way of apologizing for taking longer on this book than I'd intended, I thought I'd give you a look at the cover. As usual, Evan Cakamurenssen did an awesome job, and I couldn't be more thrilled. That said, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Oh, and for those of you who have asked about when the novella for The Nightfall Wars is launching, it should be some time in July, so you won't have long. After that, I'll move on to book two of The Nightfall Wars, but I'd recommend waiting to read book one (The Son of the Morning), if you haven't checked it out yet, as I'll soon be re-releasing it after some much-needed attention.
Okay, now I'm going to get back to work which, currently, is coming up with a thousand titles for The Nightfall Wars novella that I love, only to immediately hate them. If you want to reach out about the cover or about any other comments or questions you have, you can do so by leaving a comment below, or by sending me an email at JacobPeppersauthor@gmail.com.
As I think I've mentioned before, I can't promise I'm interesting, but I promise I'll answer.
I'll be sure to update the site again as soon as A Sellsword's Hope goes live!
Until then,
Happy Reading,
Jacob Peppers
